Negative: This is a pretty little cottage. However, I asked for an earlier check in well in advance and the owner responded they would see closer to the day (which I understand) if this was possible. I also wanted a sofa bed made up. Didn't get either. And no response from the owner asking if we could check in earlier. The owner was away and a nice couple were looking after the cottage. They did not get the message passed on about the sofa bed. They were responsive and asked if we needed help. Unfortunately, by the time we discovered there was no duvet for the sofa bed it was too late to bother them so one of us was cold during the night. Also the cottage could do with a good deep clean or a spring clean actually it is grubby in parts including the under the pull out bed and on it. Not just my observation either...partner also commented.
